Bear Paw Lodge is nestled in the woods outside of Seward, and has a great view of Mt. Alice.
You'll know you're home when you see this sign... and when you dip into the tub after a long day!
The master suite is in the loft, and has two queen beds and a private bathroom.
We have two queen rooms on the main level of the house.
The bunk room has a twin-over-full bed, and is a really versatile room for couples, family, or friends.
There are two large common areas that provide plenty of space for relaxing.
Our kayak guides like to put our greenhouse to use... and our dogs act as "homeland security"!
You're welcome to cook up meals in our spacious kitchen.

In the off-season, Seward turns into a winter wonderland.

Welcome to Bear Paw Lodge! We have lived in Seward since 2002, and also run a local sea kayaking business: KAYAK ADVENTURES WORLDWIDE. In 2007, we purchased this handmade log home and decided to rent rooms to travelers.
