Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, this is the policy we will refer to:

If you RETAIN your reservation but make date or room changes, there will be a $25 change fee.  This includes dropping nights, or changing nights altogether.  Unless you are simply adding more nights, and we have the space... in which case, that's no problem!

If you CANCEL your reservation 30 or more days in advance of your stay, we will retain $25/room/night as an administrative charge.

A 50% refund will be given for any cancellations made 30 to 14 days prior to your reservation date.

No refund is given for cancellations made within 14 days of your reservation date, or for no shows.
