Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your individual room reservation, this is the policy we will refer to:
If you RETAIN your reservation but make date or room changes, there will be a $25 change fee. This includes changing nights. Unless you are simply adding more nights, and we have the space... in which case, that's no problem!
If you CANCEL your reservation, or certain nights of your reservation:
$25 / room / night will be charged to your card on file for any cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of your stay.
50% of your total cost will be charged to your card on file for any cancellations made 30 to 14 days prior to your reservation date.
100% of your total cost will be charged to your card on file for any cancellations made within 14 days of your reservation date, or for no shows.
If you need to cancel your whole-lodge reservation, this is the policy we will refer to:
The 50% deposit upon booking is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Should you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your stay, we will retain the deposit.
Should you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your stay, we will retain payment in full.
