Getting Around Town
If you're taking the bus or train to Seward and don't plan on having a car while in town, there are a few easy ways to get around. There is now a free shuttle in Seward - and it's running every day between the small boat harbor and downtown. You can use the shuttle to get to our kayak shop for check-in, or just to check out the area.
Without a car, the best way to get to / from the lodge is a taxi. A taxi ride from the lodge to town (or vice versa) should cost about $10. We have a phone at the lodge that you're welcome to use for local calls, so contacting the taxi service is easy.
