Rent the Whole Lodge
The ideal solution for large family groups, getaways with friends, or educational groups is to rent out the whole lodge. By taking the whole place, you'll truly be able to kick back and have quality time together!
$600 / night, plus tax

When renting the whole lodge, we do not provide the continental breakfast. This allows you to enjoy the space in the house and do your own thing. We also do not provide a daily cleaning service.
All guests at the lodge have full use of the large common areas... including the loft, with TV / DVD / VCR and high speed internet access, and the living room with a beautiful gas fireplace. You'll have access to the spacious, fully stocked kitchen, as well as fridge and cupboard space to store your food. We have all the basics here for you - cookware and appliances - so all you have to do is provide the food and start cooking! We have a grill on the deck for cooking up your fresh catch, and a 6-person hot tub to soak your sore muscles after the day's activities. We provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.
We can only accommodate group sizes that allow every person to be sleeping in a bed. We do not have rollaways, and do not allow guests to sleep on the couch.
For whole-lodge bookings, we will take 50% of the total cost as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the check-in date.
We will take a $500 damage deposit at the time of check-in. This can be in the form of a "hold" on your credit card or a check. The money will be returned once we have cleaned the lodge after check-out, and confirmed that there has been no damage and there are no missing items.
We require a completed and signed rental agreement for whole-lodge bookings. Your booking will not be official until we have this completed document.
Although we leave the house to you on a whole-lodge rental, we do maintain personal access to the private basement of the house.
The advertised discount on lodging if you kayak will only apply if at least half of your party kayaks with us.
